Did I mention, the tank’s a tank?

Finally! After about a month in my new place, I’ve got the internet! And it feels sooooooooooooo good to have it back, don’t feel like I’m cut off from the world anymore! The phone line got activated on Wednesday, but I still couldn’t get online. After phone calls to Sky, they said I needed to test a phone in the socket to make sure I was getting a dial tone, ended up having to buy a phone!

Turns out I had no dial tone, so it was reported.. and an engineer had to come round to take a look. Which turns out, someone (when decorating the flat) had cut the phone wire in the room… because that’s the smart thing to do. 5mins later, there’s a new wire and I’m back online! Yay!

Kick Ass
Watched ‘Kick Ass’ today, was trying not to be excited about it as I’d been told by a couple friends that it’s a fantastic movie … but I think if you hype things up, then you’ll only end up disappointed, so I tend to try and stay away from hype and not get TOO excited about things I’m looking forward to watching.
But I’ve got to say ‘Kick Ass’ is a great movie, was expecting it to be funnier … but then, it’s not a comedy, so not disappointed there.

Fantastic, felt as dark as it needed to be and felt ‘real’ … as in, it felt like it was set in our world and could really happen (except for the jet pack, which I’m pretty sure aren’t currently available(?)).

Enjoyed the soundtrack too … go watch it … now!
